2、Where can I check the shipping fee before placing an order?

If you want to know the international shipping fee in advance, you can enter the destination and product info as required via Top Navigation > Shipping Fee Calculator, and then you can check the estimated shipping fee of each line. The query result is for reference only, and the actual shipping fee is subject to the order info after you submit the order.

Plus, if you choose [Self-Parcel Submission] when submitting the purchase order, the actual shipping fee of each line will be displayed when you select the line after product stock-in (i.e., under Shipping Pending status). And you can choose the line that best suits you.

How many lines are available for shipping to the US? How about the delivery time and cost?

You can check all lines available on the Shopping Agent Site alongside their prices and delivery times via the Shipping Fee Calculator page.

Reference of tariff threshold

In general, declared value of package is lower than the tariff threshold, the package normally will not be taxed (but fraud declaration is another matter). If your package is taxed, you need to pay taxes and help clear the customs, but the probability of this situation is very small, only 0.3% of the packages have been taxed so far.

States tariff threshold reference table:
The United States --- 800USD
Canada --- 20CAD
The United Kingdom ---0GBP
Australia --- 1000AUD
EU --- 0 EUR
Russia --- 10000RUB
Japan --- 10000JPY
Singapore --- 300USD
New Zealand --- 300USD
Swiss --- 100CHF
Korea --- 150USD

Notes:
The number of the item and the weight of the package is the important basis for customs to judge the package as civil or commercial parcel. The package which is more than 10 kg will be more likely to be seen as the commercial parcel, so when you submit delivery order, be sure to confirm the weight of your parcel. And a large number of the same item can be regarded as the commercial package, too. So please try separating the single items into different parcels.
Besides, limited by customs policy, especially food items, please be careful to send them overseas.

The above information is collected from the Internet data, only for your reference, cannot be the standard guidance.

What are the customs risks associated with the shopping agent?

1. Risk Related
For shopping agent , the system will notify the potential risks when the order is submitted and verified. After the product is shipped to transit warehouse, we will suggest a shipping method with low risk based on the nature of the product and our experience.

Friendly Reminder: Some products are inevitably subject to certain customs risks such as rejection, taxation, and confiscation. Please understand you will be responsible for such risks.

2. Customs Declaration
For shopping agent and parcel forwarding products, we will declare the value in a reasonable way based on the customs tax threshold of the destination country and our logistics experience. You can also leave a note and declare the value by yourself when submitting the parcel.

Friendly Reminder: The chance of a parcel being taxed is influenced by the frequency of customs exams and customs policy. Please refer to Tax Threshold of Different Countries. Please understand that you will be responsible for customs related risks (return, confiscation, taxation). Also, the chance of your parcel being inspected by the customs will increase if your product is too heavy or valuable. We suggest that you do not put too many same products in one parcel and keep your parcel at a reasonable weight.
